Startups that are less than 25 people in size and have raised funding of less than $1 million are eligible to apply. You can also apply if you are part of credible accelerator programs or backed by renowned VCs. If you know a startup or team already using NimbleBox, their referral could also get you into this program.
Once you submit your application, our team will carefully review all submissions. It could take us 1-2 weeks to get back, but you will hear from us about the progress of your application. We want to ensure the best experience for every team we onboard.
If your startup profile meets the program criteria, you can drop in your application. There are no refunds on the past invoices, but if and once selected for the program, you can avail of all benefits as mentioned.
We are sorry you couldn't get through. All applicants are carefully evaluated and checked. The program applies to startups that fall under the listed criteria. If conditions aren't met, you won't be enrolled. However, if all conditions were met yet, your application was rejected; Reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to help.

The discount is applicable only on the cloud bill incurred by your workspace. Any other charges in your invoice are calculated based on your usage. No discounts or offers apply to those charges.
A startup can join the program and avail of the benefits only once. If you have completed 12 months with NimbleBox on joining the program, you cannot reclaim the benefits again.
Startups already part of the program can refer to other startups that meet our criteria. When referred and selected, both the startups get an additional $300 worth of subscription fees off your annual subscription cost. This benefit will be auto-applied when the new startup uses the unique referral code.
If your VCs or accelerators are not listed here, you can still apply and provide details of your accelerator/VC in your application. Please ensure you meet other criteria as expected.
Once you are part of the NimbleBox startup program, you can access our partner products. You can choose from the list of products and avail the benefits by following the instructions on the app page. Sometimes, you would require a code or unique link to avail of the benefit. The partner product page will list all the details.
No hidden charges/fees will be collected to join the program or later. The process is simple; you submit your application with credible details, we review it, and you hear back from us and get onboard to the program. You will avail benefits like free subscription cost for a year and a discount on the cloud bill on your invoice. But you will have to pay your usage based on your monthly invoice. This usage is calculated strictly on your workspace utilization only.
